Basic Homework Programme
Our training director Adam Atkinson recently did a 6 week fitness video for the Maidenhead advertiser web site; each week there is a new exercise, so that after video 6 you have a full repertoire of simple resistance training moves to stay fit and trim. Here they are.
If you are reasonably fit and up for it you can try the exercises all at once, so that you have the full training session from week 1. Try to complete it 2-3 times per week, and always be sure to warm up first.You should start to see a change in your shape and weight after 4 to 6 weeks, especially if you eat well-have a look at the nutrition fact sheet on The Knowledge page.
