Trainer Profile: Adam Atkinson
Adam - Personal Training in Windsor, Ascot, Slough

Despite his fine accent, Adam was born and raised in Barbados , but returned to the U.K. for school and University. A first team player at rugby and squash at uni, Adam got seriously into extreme sports in Barbados , and can give excellent advice on most of these sports, from windsurfing to snowboarding. His experience in client weight loss combines with a sharp wit for fun and effective training.

Originally from Birmingham , Manjeet trained as a Dancer and has spent the last 10 years touring and performing in the West End .  She is a keen Marathon Runner and 'Trekker'(!), having trekked from Khatmandhu to Everest Base camp and The Great wall of China last year.  Now a Premier qualified trainer, pilates instructor and Nutritionist, Manjeet's specialty is keeping her clients motivated by getting positive results and keeping fitness fun!  She is fully committed and passionate about getting YOU the results you want.

 

Trainer Profile: Matt Walker
Matt Walker - Personal Fitness Trainer in Aylesbury, in Thame, Princes Risborough

Matt began his career in the fitness industry in 1998 where he left the UK to work as a Winter Sports Instructor in Mammoth Mountain California, teaching rich famous people to ski better.
Matt is an accomplished sportsman, having represented his county at Tennis, Rugby, Football and Athletics. Matt has more recently competed in Ironman, Britain’s longest continuous footrace of 145 miles (doing one yourself is optional) making sure he practices what he preaches. Matt has a professional, gentle approach, but he was also a member of the Army’s elite Green Beret Team, so watch out!

 

Trainer Profile: Bruce Davidson
Bruce - Personal Trainer in Harrow, Wembley, Watford

Bruce has worked in the City as a stock broker for over 20 years and his children are almost (!) grown up so he is familiar with the difficulties of balancing the demands of family, career and health. His sporting background is in athletics and triathlon but he has a growing interest in the benefits of developing core strength to deal with good posture, back pain, functional efficiency. He has completed half Ironman (don't worry, he won't make you do one!) triathlons and is selected for the British team at this year's European duathlon championships.

Tim JOseph Ski holiday - La GraveWith a Sports Science degree and 12 years working in the fitness industry Tim is one of our most experienced and qualified trainers. Born in Hong Kong with parents in the military meant he enjoyed growing up all over the world before settling in Cambridge then London.  He is a sports nut with rugby, mixed martial arts, snowboarding and tennis particular favourites.  He also has an interest in music having been a part time DJ, and current affairs.
Tim will be dedicated to your success and has the skills and personality to get you in the shape of your life.  Specialities include various forms of resistance training, kettle bells (a favourite with the A-listers), bodyweight circuits, Thai boxing and core conditioning.

Christine is our Personal Trainer for Leeds

Following a career in the legal profession of over 20 years Christina decided to turn her hobby into a job and pursue a career in the fitness industry. Christina is used to juggling family life with holding down a demanding job and understands the pressures that can arise. She enjoys running, working out at the gym, Pilates, walking her two Labrador dogs and socialising with friends. A qualified REPS Level 3 trainer and sports massage therapist, she is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals.

Sally CannA university graduate,Sally decided to travel the world where she developed an enthusiasm for adventure sports such as diving, snowboarding and windsurfing. While training for the London marathon  she was inspired to take her love for sport and outdoor activity one step further and turn it into a career by becoming a REPS level 3 personal trainer.Having run the marathon Sally has a first hand knowledge of how hard it can be to remain motivated and continue training until you reach that next goal. Being a very competitive and determined person she is a perfect motivator and will make sure that you push your personal boundaries whilst keeping training fun and enjoyable.

Trainer profile: Annie Sealy
Annie - Personal Trainer for Windsor, Ascot, Maidenhead

Another Premier reps level 3 trainer  Annie is fun loving and physical, and is passionate about martial arts, especially Judo, so you better do what she says.  She was not a slim child and enjoyed sitting on other children, but slimmed up to become a dancer.Annie has taught and danced professionally for the last 7 years, including classes for deaf children. "Exercise and fitness can be life changing I am enthusiastic and motivated and will use whatever it takes to enthuse clients into achieving their goals. Whether its Self defence, aerobics, weights dance or C.V conditioning we can do it together. "

 

Trainer profile: Steve Dowse
Steve - Personal Trainer for Uxbridge, Iver, Chalfont St. Peter

Steve “the running man” Dowse is another hardened triathlete, and despite looking, well, quite normal Steve is very, very fit. As well as a level 3 trainer Steve is also our Pilates instructor, able to combine both disciplines. A good listener and supportive trainer, Steve loves boxercise, swimming and cycling and is a well-known figure in the Berkshire fitness scene. A word of advice-never, ever enter a fitness challenge of any kind against him!

An enthusiastic U2 fan, Manny plays a wide variety of sports including basketball, squash, volleyball, tennis, ice hockey, snowboarding and wakeboarding.He specialises in Kick Boxing  and Boxercise, teaching boxercise classes in the Byfleet area. So if you need a kick in the butt (metaphorically speaking) he's well qualified.Originally from Slovakia, Manny is both supportive and passionate towards your health and fitness goals. Holder of the prestigious Premier Diploma in Personal Training and Sports Therapy.

 


Trainer Profile: Phil Chalmers

Phil left his previous life as a Software Project Manager to qualify through Premier, attaining REPS Advanced Instructor Level 3 - proving that life really can begin again at 40. He has worked through health club & corporate organisations to gather a wide experience of clients from most walks of life. Phil now operates through his dedicated one-to-one studio, at home or in the great outdoors. He has experienced many different sports currently focussing on rowing, running and cricket, having rediscovered the latter after a break of 20+ years.

Catherine is our personal trainer for Clapham, personal trainer for Southwark, personal trainer for Battersea, personal trainer for Wandsworth.

Catherine DullerCatherine spent several years producing television documentaries, including some well-known ones on food and weight management, before opting for the other side of the camera. Taking her longstanding passion for health and fitness to a professional level she is now a Premier graduate and incorporates her love for a variety of sports (ranging from dance, pilates and yoga to running, swimming, cycling and boxing) into her one-on-one sessions. She takes a holistic approach to personal training and aims to make her sessions both fun and effective. She finds great satisfaction in motivating a client and working together to achieve great results.
