Adam is the creator of Diets Don’t Work as well as our training director. He has personally trained all of the success stories featured on our home page, who are all still suffering his jokes while doing the dreaded “Turkish get up” or some other similar home training exercise.
Despite his fine accent and classical degree, Adam was born and raised in Barbados, but returned to the U.K. for school and University. A first team player at 4 different school sports he went on to play rugby and squash at university level, and was the 1st XV player of the year as a fresher (and the smallest man on the team!). Adam got seriously into extreme sports in Barbados, and can give excellent advice on most of these from windsurfing to snowboarding. His extremely varied life experience and specialist weight loss know-how combine with a sharp wit for fun and effective training.
Sessions with Adam start at £50, including nutritional assessment and advice.

Jody - Personal Training in Watford,Rickmansworth and Bushey

Jody has a passion for sports and fitness and loves taking part, loves coaching and most of al loves seeing others discover the same passion for a fit healthy lifestyle. As an overweight teenager she has first hand experience in weight loss, having struggled with it for many years. Jody then became interested in muscular conditioning before getting into endurance events, she now does half marathons and triathalons.She coms highly qualified, with REPS level 3 (advanced) and gives inspirational fitness solutions that fit into your lifestyle.She specialises in muscle toning, pre and post-natal exercise as well as kettlebell training and boxercise.
I have a personal passion for sports and fitness. I love it, I love taking part, I love coaching and most of all I love watching others discover the same passion for their fitness.
Over the years, I have used exercise and fitness for my own personal development and progression. Starting with my own weight loss, as a teenager I struggled with my own weight for many years. I then became interested in muscular conditioning and then on to endurance training as I began to compete in triathlons and half marathon distance events.
My own experiences form the basis of my approach to fitness and I hope that my experiences will help you reach and develop your goals and explore your full potential.

Harriet is our personal trainer for the Hemel Hempstead, Amersham, Berkhampstead, Watford and St. Albans areas.

Fully qualified REPs level 3 Harriet is the outdoorsy type (as you can see from the photo) and spends most of her time mountain biking, horse riding and running. She spent 6 years working in Austria as a qualified ski instructor (lucky thing) and now competes regularly on her horse "Umpire" and also in half marathons (the horse sits those out). Specialising in weight loss and postural correction Harriet is very motivational and chirpy, believing that if her clients can enjoy their personal training sessions as much as she does then everyone's on to a winner.

Originally from Birmingham , Manjeet trained as a Dancer and has spent the last 10 years touring and performing in the West End . She is a keen Marathon Runner and 'Trekker'(!), having trekked from Khatmandhu to Everest Base camp and The Great wall of China last year. Now a Premier qualified trainer, pilates instructor and Nutritionist, Manjeet's specialty is keeping her clients motivated by getting positive results and keeping fitness fun! She is fully committed and passionate about getting YOU the results you want.

Cleo is our personal trainer for the Beaconsfield,High Wycombe,Marlow,and Hazlemere

Having grown up surrounded by animals Cleo initially embarked on a career helping horses, studying equine science, but having realised they just couldn't do push ups or lunges she made the leap into personal training. She comes highly qualified, with the prestigious Premier Diploma in personal training, plus advanced functional training, boxercise training,masters in kettle bell training, pre and post natal training and sports therapy massage.

Tim is our personal trainer for Stoke Newington, personal trainer for highgate, Islington and Finsbury
With a Sports Science degree and 12 years working in the fitness industry Tim is one of our most experienced and qualified trainers. Born in Hong Kong with parents in the military meant he enjoyed growing up all over the world before settling in Cambridge and then London. He is a sports nut with rugby, mixed martial arts, snowboarding and tennis particular favourites. He also has an interest in music having been a part time DJ, and current affairs.
Tim will be dedicated to your success and has the skills and personality to get you in the shape of your life. Specialities include various forms of resistance training, kettle bells (a favourite with the A-listers), bodyweight circuits, Thai boxing and core conditioning.

Christine is our Personal Trainer for Leeds
Following a career in the legal profession of over 20 years Christina decided to turn her hobby into a job and pursue a career in the fitness industry. Christina is used to juggling family life with holding down a demanding job and understands the pressures that can arise. She enjoys running, working out at the gym, Pilates, walking her two Labrador dogs and socialising with friends. A qualified REPS Level 3 trainer and sports massage therapist, she is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals.
