Adam - Personal Training in Windsor, Ascot, Slough, Sunninghill, Sunningdale, Wentworth and MaidenheadAdam is the creator of Diets Don’t Work as well as our training director. He has personally trained all of the success stories featured on our home page, who are all still suffering his jokes while doing the dreaded “Turkish get up” or some other similar home training exercise.
Despite his fine accent and classical degree, Adam was born and raised in Barbados, but returned to the U.K. for school and University. A first team player at 4 different school sports he went on to play rugby and squash at university level, and was the 1st XV player of the year as a fresher (and the smallest man on the team!). Adam got seriously into extreme sports in Barbados, and can give excellent advice on most of these from windsurfing to snowboarding. His extremely varied life experience and specialist weight loss know-how combine with a sharp wit for fun and effective training.
Sessions with Adam start at £50, including nutritional assessment and advice.

Jody Rodus

Jody has a passion for sports and fitness and loves taking part, loves coaching and most of al loves seeing others discover the same passion for a fit healthy lifestyle. As an overweight teenager she has first hand experience in weight loss, having struggled with it for many years. Jody then became interested in muscular conditioning before getting into endurance events, she now does half marathons and triathalons.She coms highly qualified, with REPS level 3 (advanced) and gives inspirational fitness solutions that fit into your lifestyle.She specialises in muscle toning, pre and post-natal exercise as well as kettlebell training and boxercise.

I have a personal passion for sports and fitness. I love it, I love taking part, I love coaching and most of all I love watching others discover the same passion for their fitness.

Over the years, I have used exercise and fitness for my own personal development and progression. Starting with my own weight loss, as a teenager I struggled with my own weight for many years. I then became interested in muscular conditioning and then on to endurance training as I began to compete in triathlons and half marathon distance events.

My own experiences form the basis of my approach to fitness and I hope that my experiences will help you reach and develop your goals and explore your full potential.

Harriet is our personal trainer for the Hemel Hempstead, Amersham, Berkhampstead, Watford and St. Albans areas.

 
Harriet GoslettFully qualified REPs level 3 Harriet is the outdoorsy type (as you can see from the photo) and spends most of her time mountain biking, horse riding and running. She spent 6 years working in Austria as a qualified ski instructor (lucky thing) and now competes regularly on her horse "Umpire" and also in half marathons (the horse sits those out).  Specialising  in weight loss and postural correction Harriet is very motivational and chirpy, believing that if her clients can enjoy their personal training sessions as much as she does then everyone's on to a winner.

Personal trainer in Clapham, Battersea, Wandsworth, Kensington, Chelsea, Hammersmith, Fulham, Ealing, Chiswick Originally from Birmingham , Manjeet trained as a Dancer and has spent the last 10 years touring and performing in the West End .  She is a keen Marathon Runner and 'Trekker'(!), having trekked from Khatmandhu to Everest Base camp and The Great wall of China last year.  Now a Premier qualified trainer, pilates instructor and Nutritionist, Manjeet's specialty is keeping her clients motivated by getting positive results and keeping fitness fun!  She is fully committed and passionate about getting YOU the results you want.

Having grown up surrounded by animals Cleo initially embarked on a career helping horses, studying equine science, but having realised they just couldn't do push ups or lunges she made the leap into personal training. She comes highly qualified, with the prestigious Premier Diploma in personal training, plus advanced functional training, boxercise training,masters in kettle bell training, pre and post natal training and sports therapy massage.

Born in Hong Kong with parents in the military meant he enjoyed growing up all over the world before settling in Cambridge and then London.  He is a sports nut with rugby, mixed martial arts, snowboarding and tennis particular favourites.  He also has an interest in music having been a part time DJ, and current affairs.
Tim will be dedicated to your success and has the skills and personality to get you in the shape of your life.  Specialities include various forms of resistance training, kettle bells (a favourite with the A-listers), bodyweight circuits, Thai boxing and core conditioning.

Personal Trainer for Leeds Following a career in the legal profession of over 20 years Christina decided to turn her hobby into a job and pursue a career in the fitness industry. Christina is used to juggling family life with holding down a demanding job and understands the pressures that can arise. She enjoys running, working out at the gym, Pilates, walking her two Labrador dogs and socialising with friends. A qualified REPS Level 3 trainer and sports massage therapist, she is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals.

Personal trainer in Windsor, Ascot and MaidenheadAnother Premier REPS level 3 trainer  Annie is fun loving and physical, and is passionate about martial arts, especially Judo, so you better do what she says.  She was not a slim child and enjoyed sitting on other children, but slimmed up to become a dancer.Annie has taught and danced professionally for the last 7 years, including classes for deaf children. "Exercise and fitness can be life changing. I am enthusiastic and motivated and will use whatever it takes to enthuse clients into achieving their goals. Trainer profile:Joanna Chamberlain

Joanna is our personal trainer for Battersea,Clapham,Epsom, Sutton and Ewell

JoannaJoanna spent most of her childhood and adult life overweight, and had little success dieting.
By getting into exercise and moderation in her eating she conqured her weight, losing 5 stones, and at the age of 46 made the bold step of leaving her career in estate agency to become a personal trainer. As well as being a REPS level 3 Premier qualified trainer Joanna is now also certified in stroke rehabilitation and works for the charity ARNI helping stroke survivors who come home from rehab.

Having been really overweight herself Joanna understands the challenges of losing weight and getting fit, especially when you think you are past the point of no return. She is now convinced that the only way to success is to embrace exercise so that you can still have the odd treat and not worry about the consequences.Having been there herself she is compassionate, understanding and patient; don't ever think you can't, just remember that yes you can.

Stephen is our personal trainer in Englefield Green, Egham, Wentworth, Sunningdale and Virginia Water.

Stephen HitchcockStephen started in an Athletics background running the 400 metres for Black Heath Harriers. He currently runs for Surrey based Runnymede Runners and regularly competes in both road and off road races. Running the London Marathon in 2007 gaveStephen a taste for longer distances and he will be running the Berlin marathon in 2009.

Stephen enjoys playing tennis and has also been attending the Bob Breen Martial Arts academy in London for the last five years studying Jeet Kune Do and is currently training for his blue belt.He likes the Grand Canyon, Windsor Great Park, Rubber Soul by the Beatles, Lobster and Ricky Gervais.


Trainer Profile: Phil Chalmers

Phil left his previous life as a Software Project Manager to qualify through Premier, attaining REPS Advanced Instructor Level 3 - proving that life really can begin again at 40. He has worked through health club & corporate organisations to gather a wide experience of clients from most walks of life. Phil now operates through his dedicated one-to-one studio, at home or in the great outdoors. He has experienced many different sports currently focussing on rowing, running and cricket, having rediscovered the latter after a break of 20+ years.

Taking her longstanding passion for health and fitness to a professional level she is now a Premier graduate and incorporates her love for a variety of sports (ranging from dance, pilates and yoga to running, swimming, cycling and boxing) into her one-on-one sessions. She takes a holistic approach to personal training and aims to make her sessions both fun and effective. She finds great satisfaction in motivating a client and working together to achieve great results.

personal trainer for Battersea, Clapham, Wandsworth, and TootingA university graduate,Sally decided to travel the world where she developed an enthusiasm for adventure sports such as diving, snowboarding and windsurfing. While training for the London marathon  she was inspired to take her love for sport and outdoor activity one step further and turn it into a career by becoming a REPS level 3 personal trainer.Having run the marathon Sally has a first hand knowledge of how hard it can be to remain motivated and continue training until you reach that next goal. Being a very competitive and determined person she is a perfect motivator and will make sure that you push your personal boundaries whilst keeping training fun and enjoyable.
