Despite his fine accent, Adam was born and raised in Barbados , but returned to the U.K. for school and University. A first team player at rugby and squash at uni, Adam got seriously into extreme sports in Barbados , and can give excellent advice on most of these sports, from windsurfing to snowboarding. His experience in client weight loss combines with a sharp wit for fun and effective training.

Originally from Birmingham , Manjeet trained as a Dancer and has spent the last 10 years touring and performing in the West End . She is a keen Marathon Runner and 'Trekker'(!), having trekked from Khatmandhu to Everest Base camp and The Great wall of China last year. Now a Premier qualified trainer, pilates instructor and Nutritionist, Manjeet's specialty is keeping her clients motivated by getting positive results and keeping fitness fun! She is fully committed and passionate about getting YOU the results you want.

Matt Walker - Personal Fitness Trainer in Aylesbury, in Thame, Princes Risborough
Matt began his career in the fitness industry in 1998 where he left the UK to work as a Winter Sports Instructor in Mammoth Mountain California, teaching rich famous people to ski better.
Matt is an accomplished sportsman, having represented his county at Tennis, Rugby, Football and Athletics. Matt has more recently competed in Ironman, Britain’s longest continuous footrace of 145 miles (doing one yourself is optional) making sure he practices what he preaches. Matt has a professional, gentle approach, but he was also a member of the Army’s elite Green Beret Team, so watch out!
Trainer Profile: Bruce Davidson
Bruce - Personal Trainer in Harrow, Wembley, Watford
Bruce has worked in the City as a stock broker for over 20 years and his children are almost (!) grown up so he is familiar with the difficulties of balancing the demands of family, career and health. His sporting background is in athletics and triathlon but he has a growing interest in the benefits of developing core strength to deal with good posture, back pain, functional efficiency. He has completed half Ironman (don't worry, he won't make you do one!) triathlons and is selected for the British team at this year's European duathlon championships.

With a Sports Science degree and 12 years working in the fitness industry Tim is one of our most experienced and qualified trainers. Born in Hong Kong with parents in the military meant he enjoyed growing up all over the world before settling in Cambridge then London. He is a sports nut with rugby, mixed martial arts, snowboarding and tennis particular favourites. He also has an interest in music having been a part time DJ, and current affairs.
Tim will be dedicated to your success and has the skills and personality to get you in the shape of your life. Specialities include various forms of resistance training, kettle bells (a favourite with the A-listers), bodyweight circuits, Thai boxing and core conditioning.

Following a career in the legal profession of over 20 years Christina decided to turn her hobby into a job and pursue a career in the fitness industry. Christina is used to juggling family life with holding down a demanding job and understands the pressures that can arise. She enjoys running, working out at the gym, Pilates, walking her two Labrador dogs and socialising with friends. A qualified REPS Level 3 trainer and sports massage therapist, she is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals.
Sally is our personal trainer for Battersea, Clapham, Wandsworth, and Tooting.

A university graduate,Sally decided to travel the world where she developed an enthusiasm for adventure sports such as diving, snowboarding and windsurfing. While training for the London marathon she was inspired to take her love for sport and outdoor activity one step further and turn it into a career by becoming a REPS level 3 personal trainer.Having run the marathon Sally has a first hand knowledge of how hard it can be to remain motivated and continue training until you reach that next goal. Being a very competitive and determined person she is a perfect motivator and will make sure that you push your personal boundaries whilst keeping training fun and enjoyable.
