Your dedicated trainer will take over the health and fitness side of your life, providing motivation and support as well as the most up to date science and knowledge to ensure that you reach your goals. All sessions usually last for one hour, although a longer or shorter time can be arranged.

All our trainers are also fully qualified nutritional therapists,
and will analyse your eating habits to make sure that both sides of the fitness equation are tackled.

Outside your one-on-one sessions our trainers provide support where needed via telephone, text and e-mail. Whether you're planning to lose weight, run a marathon or look like a supermodel, we can help.
Train with a friend/partner- Training with a friend or small group gives excellent value for money as well as increasing the enjoyment/competition factor.Better results will be achieved if participants are at a similar level of fitness. Please contact us for details.
Diets Don't Work Junior -You may have seen recently in the news that 18% (nearly 1 in 5) of 8-10 year olds in the U.K. are overweight and placing thier long term health and happiness at risk. Personal Training is available for children, both 1-1 and with groups. Clubbing togther with your neighbours is a good value option, we can provide sporting activities for groups up to 20.
