Being stressed causes high blood pressure, fatigue, strokes, poor sleep, and lots of other health problems. Stress can, quite literally, kill you.

Practiced since ancient times, massage has the proven benefits of improved skin tone, circulation, lymphatic drainage, positivity, relaxation and well-being.

Similar to Swedish massage this is a fantastic stress buster that leaves you feeling more relaxed and calmer.


You may feel uncomfortable being massaged by your personal trainer, if so we can arrange a massage from another less familiar trainer/therapist.
