At Diets Don’t Work we specialise in one-on-one Personal Training in London and the home counties surrounding London. Unlike traditional gym based training, our trainers come to your home, bringing equipment with them. We are experts in designing fun but challenging sessions in the home environment and can work even in a small space like a kitchen or lounge. We also like to have sessions outdoors, whether in your garden or in parks and green spaces.
This home training is also more personal than gym based training. It gives us first hand insight into your lifestyle, work pressures, family routines and eating habits. It allows a more personal relationship to form between you and your trainer so they can more easily remove barriers to success and help you make achievable lasting changes. As often as possible we run the personal training sessions outdoors: study after study has shown that exercising outdoors is much more effective than traditional gym style methods. Outdoors training leads to greater fitness gains, feelings of well-being, sustained weight loss and lower temperatures mean that you burn more calories.

What Now? The first step is to book a consultation. It’s free, and it’s a chance to meet your prospective fitness trainer. In the consultation we will go through a health screening, lifestyle assessment, goal setting and look at where you are now and how you got there.
