All the benefits of a dedicated Personal Trainer at a lower cost
Training with a friend, partner, spouse or work colleague gives you all the benefits of a dedicated Personal Trainer but at a much lower cost. It has the accountability, motivation and high success rates of Diets Don’t Work one-on-one sessions but adds an element of competition, camaraderie, humour and fun. Push each other along and support each other when the going gets tough.
Having a partner also really helps you stick with homework training outside of the sessions. Hearing someone else say that you are doing well, looking better and improving can be a lot more motivational than hearing it just from your trainer. You can also help each other continue and maintain healthy eating habits with your trainer’s guidance.
Training with a partner adds £10 to each session regardless of area. So if your session cost is £40, training with a partner adds £10 for a total of £50. This is of course shared by two of you, so it’s only £25 per person.
Block bookings of six or more sessions not only get you a lower rate but also include ongoing nutritional assessments and advice, an evolving homework programme for you and your training partner to do on your own, plus support via email and SMS. This all round approach gives you the best possible chance of success.
Book a first consultation – free
What Now? The first step is to book a consultation. It’s free, and it’s a chance to meet your prospective trainer. In the consultation we will go through a health screening, lifestyle assessment, goal setting and look at where you are now and how you got there. Together we can then set out where you would like to be and how soon you would like to get there.
If you would like to know more about what to expect in the sessions, what sort of equipment we will be using or have any other questions, have a look at our FAQ section. You can of course also call or email us and we’ll be happy to answer any questions that you may have.
