Although relatively new to the sport Emma has quickly reached a high level in rowing, reaching the finals in the Henley Regatta both in the double and quad scull. A big team player she loves training with the 25 strong ladies’ squad, both on the river and in the gym. She always aims for the gold, with the attitude that it’s the winning that counts, not just the taking part. She also road races so much that her bike has a name – “Dolice”.
Emma also loves baking, and really shows that you can have your cake and eat it – especially if it’s chocolate. Emma says “I believe in a healthy happy lifestyle; if you are dedicated and passionate then the possibilities are endless. I believe that training, exercise and a healthy lifestyle are possible for anyone willing to make the effort to change”.
Her passion and enthusiasm for fitness, healthy eating and exercise will help to inspire and motivate you – with her help you really can achieve your goals. Emma is REPS level 3 advanced instructor (Premier)
