Originally from Germany Hanna has travelled widely throughout Europe and Asia. As a former Diets Don’t’ Work client Hanna is well schooled in strength conditioning, nutrition and fitness; she enjoyed getting fit so much that she became the ultimate success story, leaving her former career to pursue her love of yoga.
“I loved getting fit through PT but yoga’s wider benefits made me calmer, more poised, stronger and more flexible too” Hanna says.
Hugely enthusiastic and passionate about all forms of yoga from Bikram to Ashtanga to Budokon she recently graduated from prestigious “The Yoga People” school in London, completing 200 hours of teacher training in Ashtanga Vinyasa & Rocket Yoga.
Hanna can teach one on one, private classes (up to 5 people) and full classes if needed and has experience teaching private clients, small groups and larger corporate clients in London and the Thames Valley. She likes to run dynamic, powerful, flowing classes and to challenge students. Hanna is happy teaching both beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
“I want them all to love yoga!” she says.
She teaches in a calm and precise way with excellent practical demonstrations and close observation of students.
