Jack has always been extremely passionate about fitness and health. He is not only a Premier trained REPS level 3 advanced trainer but also has a sports science degree. An accomplished sportsman, Jack plays football and tennis to a high standard as well as doing distance running, boxing and athletics. Being an all-round nice guy he has also done lots of charity runs. 6 months traveling Australia and New Zealand allowed him to experience other cultures and he of course had a go at some extreme sports, including numerous skydives.
Jack says: “I love keeping myself fit and training whenever I can. I adore training outside and made the brilliant decision to turn my garage into a gym where I enjoy lifting weights. It’s really satisfying training and motivating my clients; nothing is better than seeing them tick off their fitness and weight goals one step at a time. I like to challenge myself and am keen to encourage this with my clients. I enjoy being creative with my training and believe this is important to avoid stagnation and keep us both interested and enthusiastic!”
