Being active and fit for life is hugely important to Jill and and this enthusiasm helps get the best from her clients. She trained as a dancer from the age of 3 to 16 and was always a keen member of the school netball team. She joined the gym as soon as she could at the age of 16. Jill loves feeling strong and flexible and knowing that her body is working to its optimum ability.

“ I enjoy being challenged and setting myself new goals and fitness targets.  I know that this is how results are achieved and I will always encourage my clients to set themselves short-term and long-term goals.  It is all about realising what you want from your body and your life”.  Jill  is a Premier International Level 3 Personal Trainer.  An expert in strength training, endurance, aerobic fitness, flexibility and relaxation she can help you reach your personal fitness targets.  She is passionate about fitness and helping her clients feel good about themselves.
