Nikkita is great at helping people find confidence, strength and happiness within themselves, and this is what inspired her to become a Personal Trainer. She has always led an active lifestyle, from ballet dance, to running and swimming at a competitive level, with all these contributing to her passion, knowledge and respect for exercise and healthy living.
Nikkita will do her best to get you as close to perfection as possible but, more importantly, focuses on getting clients to accept themselves and just be happy. Qualified at a European level, she can train you in kettlebells, resistance training, running, swimming and of course weight loss and fitness gains. She is a REPS level 3 advanced instructor and a committed practitioner of the Diets Don’t Work Method.
