Ollie is originally from the Caribbean island of Barbados, so his surfing background has taught him the importance of flexibility, core strength, balance and functional strength. A holder of the prestigious Premier Personal Training Diploma and a REPS level 3 advanced instructor, Ollie is also a kettlebell master trainer, TRX suspension trainer, nutritional therapist and all round funny guy.
Following the Diets Don’t Work Method, his sessions are always structured, varied and interesting with challenging things to try. Your success and the achievement of your goals are of the utmost importance to him. Ollie is the Training Director for the Leeds area; look out for his Diets Don’t Work car in the area.
