Highly qualified trainers

All Diets Don’t Work Personal Trainers are advanced instructors listed on the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) at level 3. This means that they have an in-depth knowledge of all the components of fitness and are qualified to train special population groups for whom exercise presents a special challenge including the elderly, diabetics, pre or post-natal and the obese.

Qualified to implement real-world eating strategies for weight loss

Our trainers are also nutritional therapists and will apply the dual approach that leads to success; together we will improve both eating and exercise to get you where you want to be.

Fully insured and trained in the DDW methodology

All our trainers understand and embrace the Diet’s Don’t Work philosophy and receive special training in the DDW Method. They also have full insurance.

A wide variety of expertise

In addition to holding advanced instructor status, they have lots of auxiliary qualifications in varied fields from kettlebell training to weighted clubs and have considerable experience in sports-specific training and have helped many clients achieve personal bests in 10k races, half marathons, full marathons and triathlons. Many of our trainers also work with serious amateur or professional sportspeople, especially golfers, polo players and rowers.

Well rounded, easy to get on with

But we also like to use trainers who are well rounded, easy to get on with and have a varied life experience. After all, in addition to being challenging your sessions should also be fun or at least enjoyable!
